Stayed for 4 nights with my spouse. Beds were comfy and the room was always pretty clean. The staff have been quite helpful and pleasant and always made us feel like home. Rooms are big and the closet. Bathroom have been clean and also the shower was excellent. Not an incredibly social hotel but maybe was only all along our stay.

Great employees, pretty friendly and useful particularly during the day shifts. For the price its a wonderful offer. The receptionist is brilliant, is familiar with very good locations to go to for holidaymakers.

Incredibly good and clean place. The location is excellent, exactly what we required. Beds were being very cozy. There wasn’t a lot about the social ambiance but it´s superior for an entire night relaxation. I appreciated my stay here enormously and will most likely come yet again for my following stop by to Bad Hofgastein.

This hotel was definitely centrally positioned and the staff from the reception were there at every time. The beds have been cozy and the people in the hotel ended up generally respectful with everyone so the atmosphere was ok.The air-con was on and off, but they fix it. Pretty awesome hotel and good area. Surely will advise Alte Post Wellness & Thermalhotel!
